Corporate Speech - Further implications of Citizens United

I have been background processing further possible implications of Citizen's United... see what you think...

Does the Citizens United case imply any (or some) of the following:
  1. The bans and limitations on cigarette advertising are now unconstitutional.
  2. The limitations placed on pharmaceutical advertising are now unconstitutional.
  3. Television, movie, and video game censorship is now unconstitutional.
  4. Restrictions barring 501 C 3 nonprofit organizations from political speech are now unconstitutional.
  5. The Equal Time Rule is now unconstitutional.
The door is open, I wonder what will come through...

google plus, bing, new cloud apps and the achievement of balance

I think that this is my first blog post that has any significant intersection with my professional life, but after listening to a couple of Podcasts on Google Plus and hearing the incessant plugging for Bing on the Slate Gabfests (it is, IMHO, a little over the top... just let them run their ads, don't become their mouthpiece) I felt compelled to throw in my two cents about balance in the cloud-o-sphere out there...
